图书馆实体和数字外文期刊供需平衡分析

针对当前高校外文期刊利用率低的问题,结合河北农业大学外文期刊实际情况,介绍了高校外文期刊利用现状,从外刊市场现状、纸质资源、电子资源的角度分析了影响外文期刊利用率的原因,提出了外文刊信息资源开发利用的管理的新模式。

Supply and Demand Balance Analysis of Foreign Periodicals between the Paper-resource and Electronic-resources of Library

By taking the library of Agricultural University of Hebeias example,in the paper,an analysis of the present situation in the utilization of foreign periodicals was carried out to expound some main paths of the low rate of utilization of foreign periodicals from the tourist markets of the foreign periodicals,the paper-resource and the electronic –resources and the new management mode was put out for the development and utilization of the foreign periodicals.
