| 摘 要： | 职务科技成果是新科技成果转化法中出现的新概念。结合新法的相关规定,科技人员在职务科技成果转化中,虽并非成果的享有者,却是转化的参与者及利益的共享者,当然在非法竞业或泄密之后也须承担相应的责任。
