| 摘 要： | 中国农谷是荆门实施的湖北省级战略,建设中国农谷必须大力发展农业信息化。本文首先分析了农业信息化的主体构成,及其相互关系,由此得出政府在中国农谷农业信息化进程中应当承担主导作用。实际上,政府在信息化建设中误读了主导作用的含义,统的太死,包干一切。为此,本文着重探讨了政府主导角色的定位和主导作用的具体表现。

| Abstract: | China Agricultural Valley is provincial strategy of Hubei in Jingmen, the agricultural informatization must be developed vigorously in the construction of China Agricultural Valley. This paper first analyzed the subjects of agricultural informatization and their relationship, therefore draw that the government should assume a leading role in the agricultural informatization process of China agricultural valley. In fact, the government had misread the meaning of leading role in informatization construction, which was clumsy and doing everything. Therefore, this paper focused on the orientation and the specific performance of the leading role of government. |
