| Abstract: | The current situation and main demands of Sci-tech novelty search were analyzed in combination with experience.Based on the existing problems and their causes,some suggestions were advanced to improve the work efficiency and quality of novelty search.Besides,some ideas were given for innovating the service pattern and developing value-added service of novelty search. |
