试论农业科技成果转化的有效载体--农民专业合作经济组织

作为农业生产的主体,农民是农业科技成果的具体接受者和最终使用者。由于农业科技成果具有明显的外部效益,而且我国农业经营规模较小,农民经济实力不足,故投资能力有限。我国农民现有的经营规模普遍在采用农业高新技术的“规模起点”以下,影响了农民对农业科技成果的需求,减小了农业科技成果的转化率。农民专业合作经济组织在科研、培训、教育、信息、咨询等分户经营难以解决的技术领域为农民起到了重要的中介作用。

As the principal part of agricultural production,peasantry are the concrete embracer and end user of the agricultural scientific and technical result.Because the agricultural scientific and technical result has obvious external benefit,and the agricultural business scale of our country is relatively small,peasantry's economic strength is insufficient,the ability of investment is limited.The existing business scale of peasantry of our country is below the "Scale beginning" that generally adopting the agricultural new and high technology which has influenced peasantry's demand for the agricultural scientific and technical result,and then has reduced the transformation of the agricultural scientific and technical result.The coooperative economy organization of rural area specialty plays a vital intermediary role for peasantry in scientific research,training,education,information,consultation,which division house hold management solved with difficulty.
