农村信息综合服务“白河模式”在宝鸡市的创新与推广

2011年11月5日,白河县农业局杨基东局长在第十八届中国杨凌农业高新技术成果博览会"中外农民创业论坛"上作了题为《探索农村信息综合应用的"白河模式"》的专题发言;2012年4月19日省农业厅在白河县召开了全省农村信息综合服务现场会,农业部市场与经济信息司李昌健副司长出席并对白河模式给予"工作机制好,建设思路好,服务效果好"的高度评价;5月初宝鸡市农业局和渭滨区农业局联合组团赴白河"取经"。以"白河模式"为蓝本,对渭滨、凤翔、麟游、扶风、眉县、千阳、金台7个县区信息站、8个乡镇及典型村组信息站进行了实际调研,制定了切实可行的推广方案。深度探析了"白河模式"的形成产生、重点内容和主要做法,总结了"白河模式"在宝鸡市的创新性推广经验与取得的显著成效。

Innovation and Promotion of Rural Information Service of Baihe Model in Baoji

Yang Jidong, director of Agricultural Bureau in Baihe County, made a presentation entitled ＂＇Baihe model＇-- exploration on the integrated applications of rural information＂ on the ＂Chinese and foreign farmer entrepreneurship BBS＂ of the Eighteenth China Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Achievement Exposition in November 5, 2011; Li Changjian, the deputy director of market and economic information department in ministry of agriculture, gave ＂Baihe model＂ high praise of＂good working mechanism, building ideas, good service effectiveness＂ in the provincial mral information service on-the-spot meeting held by department of agriculture in Baihe in April 19,2012; In early May, 2014, Agricultural Bureau of Banji and Weibin District Bureau jointly went to Baihe to study its experiences. Taking ＂Baihe model＂as chief source, the departments carried out field research in seven county information stations covering Weibin, Fengxiang, Linyou, Fufeng, Qianyang, Jintai, and eight town and typical village information stations, and made a feasible promotion plan. This study deeply analyzed the formation, key content and main methods of ＂Baihe model＂, and summarized the innovative marketing experience and significant results achieved by ＂Baihe model＂.
