| 摘 要： | 随着京津冀经济一体化的提出和信息网络的快速发展,区域的信息资源共建共享将成为未来京津冀文献信息建设的发展趋势,从而为促进京津冀的协同发展,实现优势互补、良性互动、共赢发展奠定基础。文章从制约信息建设的各种因素入手,分析目前京津冀区域信息资源建设的现有状况,并通过探讨共建共享原则,总结出京津冀区域信息资源共建共享的发展策略。

| Abstract: | With the economic integration of Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei and the rapid development of information network, the construction and sharing of regional information resources have become the development trend in future, and have built the foundation to promote the coordinated development, and realize complementary advantages, positive interaction and win -win development. In this paper, based on the constraints of information construction, the current status of information resource construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was analyzed, and the strategies of information resource construction and sharing were proposed by jointly exploring the sharing principle. |
