| Abstract: | According to the spirit of the Central Economic Working Conference,around the function of the information increasing output to the agriculture and the incomme of the peaseant.Directed against the agricultrual information construction and development of the west of China,the article analyzed the problem and the reson consisting in the western agricultrual information construction,and took a proposal of how to speed up the western agricultural information construction. |
