摘 要: | 时代的进步与发展带来的必然是更加重视人、尊重人的内在价值,"以人为本"既是我国当前主要提倡的基本思想,也是世界趋势。"人效理论"作为一种新兴的管理理论更是建立在"以人为本"思想的基础之上提出的,本文尝试借鉴该理论,针对图书馆员封闭性与服务性、单调性与重复性的工作性质所导致的职业倦怠,提出行之有效的应对策略。

Abstract: | The progress and development of the time has brought inevitable emphasis on people or people's intrinsic value. People-oriented awareness is the basic idea advocated in current China,but also the world trend. Human efficiency theory as a new management theory is put forward based on people-oriented ideology. This paper attempted to provide effective coping strategies based on this theory,focusing on the the job burnout,caused by the closure,serviceability,monotony and repeatability of librarian work. |
