| 摘 要： | 土地资源是有限的，如何科学地利用和管理土地资源关系到人类的生存问题。本文根据县域农业土地利用数据资料管理的特点及管理需求，阐述了基于GIS的抚顺市东州区农业土地利用管理信息系统的设计方法。本文介绍了系统的总体结构和设计思想，论述了各子系统的功能以及技术实现。

| Abstract: | Land resource is limited and how to utilize and manage it scientifically is vital important to the surviving of human being. The paper presents a design method of the rural land use MIS based on GIS of Dongzhou district in Fushun city according to the properties and management requirements of data information in a county area. It introduces the general structure and the design ideology of the system and also explains the functions of each subsystem and its technical implementations. |
