| 摘 要： | 西部地区农村信息化是西部地区新农村建设的重要内容,也是实现西部地区农村生产发展、管理民主和跨越式发展的着力点.本文从农村信息化的内涵和西部地区的特点出发,以陕西、宝鸡为例客观分析了西部地区农种信息化的发展历程和现状,提出了加快西部地区农村信息化的战略目标、战略重点和战略措施.

| Abstract: | The countryside informationization is the important content of new rural reconstruction of western area in order to realize production development,management democracy and the leapfrogging development.This article embarks from the connotation of countryside informationization and characteristic of western area,takes Shanxi,Baoji as examples to analyze development process and present situation of their countryside informationization,and proposed the strategic target,strategic priority and strategic measures to speed up countryside informationization. |
