| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国农产品出口发展面临技术贸易壁垒的障碍，提出了绿色农产品封闭供应链中建立TBT预警信息系统的必要性。在分析目前TBT预警信息系统的现状的基础上，详细描述了其系统的概念、功能、数据结构和开发框架。
