浅析陕西当前市县气象执法的现状和问题

现今气象法规日益完备,气象行政执法体系逐步跟进,但气象执法的环境状况较差,区域性太强,行政执法力度难以保证,存在有法难依的状况;行政执法人员队伍素质不高,执法不严,造成普遍的执法不力;气象法宣传力度小,普法范围面小渠窄;行政执法监督体系乏力,需要建立必要的监督机制。
