| 摘 要： | 为学校教学科研提供高效的信息服务是高校图书馆工作的核心。信息环境下如何提高信息服务能力和服务质量是值得高校图书馆深思和探索的一个问题。从信息资源配置与开发、多元化服务方式、馆员素质等方面提出了图书馆应采取积极有效措施拓展服务领域,深化信息服务,提高服务质量。
