| 摘 要： | 信息化在解决“三农”问题上发挥着重要作用,是建设社会主义新农村的重要突破口。文章分析了我国农村信息化的现状及存在问题,指出新农村对信息化建设的需求以及新农村建设下发展农村信息化的几点建议。
