| 摘 要： | 本文对云南农业信息化发展现状进行了介绍，并针对云南农业信息化发展中存在的问题，结合西部地区提出了对策和建议。在发展农业信息化的过程中，关键是政府，通过政府的资金和技术的投入、政策的保障、采取相应的手段和措施，才能保证农业信息化的健康发展，保障西部地区的跨越式发展，缩小和中东部地区的差距。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the information-science development standings of Yunnan agriculture and puts up with policies and advices straight with the problems about the field combining with the westerns. Government is key in the course of agricultural information-science development. Under the put-in of governmental funds and technologies, the policy supported, the agricultural information-science development will be guaranteed and the jumping advancement and the lap reduction between the western and the middle eastern will be realied. |
