| 摘 要： | 本文通过湖南省科技信息“户”联网的试点实践，介绍了科技信息“户”联网的服务模式，分析评价了该模式在社会主义新农村建设中的作用、特点和效果。试点地区运用这一模式，建立了从知识发现、知识挖掘、知识传播、知识获取和应用一条龙的多元化的农技推广服务体系，为新农村建设、解决农村“最后一公里”问题，提供了一条可供借鉴的新途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the experimental unit in Hunan province,this paper introduces the service mode that base science and technology information "Farmer-link" network,analyzes and evaluates the function,features and results of this mode for building a new socialist countryside.The experimental unit region,which makes use of this mode,builds up service system for the expansion of diversified technology containing knowledge discovery,knowledge investigation,knowledge spread,knowledge acquirement and knowledge application,which provides a new approach to solve the " last one-kilometer " problem in building a new socialist countryside |
