吡虫啉与高效氯氰菊酯增效混配制剂对温室白粉虱的防治效果

摘    要:采用玻片浸蘸法对吡虫啉与高效氯氰菊酯混配对温室白粉虱的联合毒力,测定共毒系数CTC为119.03~215.70,表现增效和相加作用。据此确定最佳配比,配制成增效混剂4.5%微乳剂进行防治温室白粉虱的田间试验,结果表明药效良好,其用量12~18ga.i./hm2的效果达75%~99%,优于对照药4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC。该增效混剂防治温室白粉虱的速效性和持效性皆佳,且对作物安全。

The Efficacy of a Synergistic Mixture of imidacloprid and beta-cypermethrin in the Control of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood)

Abstract:joint-toxicity of the insecitide mixture of imidacloprid and beta-cypermethrin in Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood)were studied by glass-slice immersion method .CTC of this mixture was equal to 119.03~215.70 in a synergism and addition .According to the maximum of the proper proportion of imidacloprid to beta-cypermethrin, a 4.5% WL synergistic formulation was manufactured .In the field trials the efficacy of this 4.5% WL against Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) was excellent.The mixture,applied at 12-18 g a.i./hm2 the control effect was 75%~99%.To compare,this efficacy was higher than 4.5% EC beta-cypermethrin.This synergistic mixture was fast acting,had good residual performance and was no crop injury.
