退黄散外洗对新生儿黄疸的影响

目的 观察退黄散外洗对新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法 将符合病例纳入标准的本病患儿70例随机分为观察组和对照组各35例， 对照组采用蓝光疗法，治疗组在对照组基础上，配合退黄散中药外洗，监测患儿治疗期间经皮胆红素水平，评价临床疗效，进行对比。结果 两组患儿治疗后经皮胆红素水平与治疗前比较，对照组在治疗第4天时下降明显，而观察组在治疗第2天时下降明显（P<0.05）。同时，观察组在治疗第2天起，经皮胆红素水平较对照组下降明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿疗效评价，观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 退黄散外洗对新生儿黄疸的临床疗效较好，能迅速降低经皮胆红素水平。

Effects of Tuihuang Powder Washed Outside for Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuihuang Powder washed outside for neonatal jaundice. Methods Seventy infants with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). Each group was treated with blue light therapy. Besides, the treatment group received additional Tuihuang powder washed outside in order to compare the effect of the two groups. Percutaneous bilirubin levels of the two groups were monitored to assess the effect of treatment. Results The changes of percutaneous bilirubin level in the two groups were compared. The percutaneous bilirubin level was significantly decreased after 4 days treatment in control group and was significantly decreased after 2 days treatment in treatment group (P<0.05). The percutaneous bilirubin level in treatment group significantly decreased compared to that in control group after 2 days treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tuihuang powder washed outside could rapid decrease the percutaneous bilirubin level and shows better clinical efficacy on neonatal jaundice.
