| Abstract: | The paper analysised the agriculture general situation of the three provinces in east-north areas and studied the grain productive situation and comparative advantage of Hei Long Jiang province and Ji Lin province and Liao Ning province of east-north areas from 1980 to 2004.The main problems tampering with grain yielding have been found out and positive countermeasures treated with have been put forward. |
