| 摘 要： | 本文在分析张掖城市(北郊)湿地区现状的基础上,根据《国家城市湿地管理办法》所规定建设国家城市湿地公园要求的条件,提出了建设建设思路、目标、原则,重点对建设措施进行了研究,为中国·张掖黑河流域湿地保护工程顺利建设国家张掖城市(北郊)湿地公园提供参考。
