| Abstract: | This paper expounded the present situation of the by-products of agricultural scientific research units for scientific research management and problems, analyzed the relationship between input and output of by-product of agricultural scientific research, and put forward by-product disposal income distribution way based on performance evaluation of scientific research, thus to achieve the goal of optimization of the income distribution mechanism of scientific research personnel. |
