| 摘 要： | 深化科技体制改革是当前实施创新驱动发展战略、加快建设创新型国家的必然要求,创新与完善科技人员评价机制是科技体制改革的重要内容。文章在对当前农业科技人员评价体系分析的基础上,提出了构建新型农业科研人员评价体系的主要思路,并提出了制定并完善农业科研人员评价体系的若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | Deepening the reform of science and technology system is the requirement for the development of innovation strategy and speeding up the innovation - oriented country, while scientific and technological personnel evaluation system reform is an important content of science and technology system reform. Based on the analysis of the evaluation system of the current agricultural science and technology personnel, this paper put forward the idea to construct the new evaluation system of agricultural scientific research personnel, and some countermeasures and suggestions to develop and apply incentive and benefit sharing mechanism. |
