农业科研院所成果管理工作存在问题及对策研究以辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所为例

农业科技成果管理工作直接影响了农业科技成果的质量。文章以辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所为例，综合分析了其科研成果管理工作的现状，总结了成果管理在人员、管理方式、奖励制度、成果宣传工作存在的问题。针对以上问题分别提出加强成果管理人员综合业务水平、加强科研成果的过程管理、制定有效的成果激励机制，加强成果的宣传力度的相应对策。

RESEARCH ON EXISTING PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF ACHIEVEMENTS MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTESTAKE LIAONING PROVINCIAL SALINE-ALKALI LAND UTILIZATION AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE AS AN EXAMPLE

The management of agricultural scientific and technological achievements directly affects the quality of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Taking Liaoning Institute of Saline and Alkali Land Utilization as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzed the present situation of its research achievement management, and summarized the problems of achievement management in personnel, management mode, reward system and achievement publicity. In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the comprehensive professional level of the achievements management personnel, strengthen the process management of scientific research achievements, formulate effective incentive mechanism for achievements, and strengthen the publicity of achievements.
