| 摘 要： | 科技评价导向对科技创新活动发挥着重要的指挥棒作用。文章分析了目前农业科技评价中存在的过度量化和“四唯”导向等问题,提出要以价值创造和社会贡献为评判标准,给出了新时期农业科技评估方式选择,建议在农业科技评价中采取定量与定性相结合、长期与短期相结合、结果与分析结合的评价制度。

| Abstract: | Science and technology evaluation guidance plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation activities. This paper analyzed the problems of excessive quantification and "four-only" orientation in the current agricultural science and technology evaluation, and proposed that value creation and social contribution should be used as the evaluation criteria, and gave the choice of agricultural science and technology evaluation methods in the new era. Finally, it recommends that the evaluation system of agricultural science and technology should adopt the combination of quantitative and qualitative, long-term and short-term, results and analysis. |
