| 摘 要： | 针对水产科研单位财务管理常见问题,提出管理部门应从注重项目预算编制、强化经费报账约束与管理、规范固定资产管理、加强内部管控、健全财务审计及绩效考核、建立财务管理信息化等方面完善财务管理规章制度,加强科研项目经费的监督和管理、规范科研项目经费使用,提高资金使用效益,保证国有资产保值增值,使科研单位的财务工作向着规范化、科学化、安全化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Aiming at common and typical financial problems occurred in fishery science research institutes, this paper discussed and put forward some suggestions on how to improve budget planning, financial regulations and the management of properties, strengthen internal control, financial audits and evaluation of performance for the financial management more safe, standard and scientific in research institutes. |
