| 摘 要： | 加强农业科研院所党支部建设，是提升农业科研院所科技创新能力和综合实力的重要举措，对农业科研院所发展具有明显的现实意义。文章从阐述加强农业科研院所党支部建设的重要意义入手，通过找准当前农业科研院所党支部建设的目标定位，分析了当前农业科研院所党支部建设存在的问题，提出了对策建议，对新形势下农业科研院所党支部建设具有一些参考意义。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the Party branch construction of agricultural scientific research institutes is an important measure to enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability and comprehensive strength of agricultural scientific research institutes, which has obvious practical significance for the development of agricultural scientific research institutes. Starting with the importance of strengthening the Party branch construction of agricultural research institutes.This paper analyses the problems existing in the Party branch construction of agricultural research institutes and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions through finding out the target orientation of the Party branch construction of current agricultural research institutes, which has some reference significance for the Party branch construction of agricultural research institutes under the new situation. |
