国外期刊与中文期刊办刊的对比思考?

期刊出版涉及的知识点众多，从国外期刊与中文期刊办刊对比的视角出发，通过比较各角色的分工定位，辅助期刊出版是技术运用，推广期刊的方式方法等方面总结和思考不同之处。思考国内外期刊的开放获取方式、与协会合作模式以及数据版权归属等问题作为问题延伸，指出国外期刊和中文期刊办刊的极大不同。最后指出，在初创中文学术期刊时，需要充分学习国内中文期刊的办刊经验，将国外期刊办刊的好经验融会贯通运用到中文办刊中。

COMPARATIVE CONSIDERATION BETWEEN FOREIGN PERIODICALS AND CHINESE PERIODICALS

Journal publishing involves many knowledge points. From the perspective of comparison between foreign journals and Chinese journals, this paper summarizes and thinks about the differences in technology application, ways and methods of promoting journals by comparing the division of labor and positioning of each role. The open access mode, cooperation mode with association and data copyright ownership of domestic and foreign periodicals are considered as the extension of the problems, and the great differences between foreign and Chinese periodicals are pointed out. Finally, at the beginning of the creation of Chinese academic journals, it is pointed out that it is necessary to fully learn the experience of running Chinese journals in China and apply the good experience of running foreign journals in Chinese journals.
