| 摘 要： | 综述了生物反应器在动、植物基因工程中的应用，并从外源基因在动、植物生物反应器中表达的基本方法和遗传机制等方面，比较分析了这两个生物反应器各自的优点和存在的问题，分析了其生产基因工程产品的试验、投放市场的现状及前景。

| Abstract: | The application of genetic engineering in transgenic plants and transgenic animal bioreactor was summarized. Through introducing the expressive methods and the genetic mechanism, the advantages and problems of the two bioreactors are analyzed. The clinical trail, market actuality and application prospects of the genetic engineering products produced by transgenic plants or transgenic animal bioreactor are reviewed. |
