| 摘 要： | 从粮食地位、深度开发、科技兴粮、开源节流、人口控制五个方面作了系统的分析，提出了综合解决中国粮食问题的基本思路，为2000年和2030年实现5．2亿t和7．34亿t的奋斗目标提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the systematic analysis of the following five aspects ,i.e.grain status,deep exploitation,science and technology application,increase in income and decrease in expenditure and population control,this paper put forward basic thought to solve China's grain problem,providing scientific evidence for realizing the aim of producing 520 million tons of grain in 2000 and 734 million tons in 2030. |
