小麦产量和产量构成因素的配合力及相关分析

摘    要:通过6×6完全双到杂交,对供试亲本及其杂交组合产量的配合力以及产量构成因素的配合力进行了分析.结果表明,豫麦10号的每穗粒数、单株粒重、陕农7859的千粒重、西安8号的单株穗数GCA最大;豫麦10号×陕农7859组合的每穗粒数、单株粒重、单株穗数以及冀麦5418×偃师4号组合的千粒重SCA最大.同时又采用配合力相对效应值对产量和产量构成因素的关系进行了研究.三个产量构成因素的GCA相对效应值之和与产量的GCA相对效应值以及三个产量构成因素的SCA相对效应值之和与产量的SCA相对效应值均存在着极显著的相关.据此,讨论了如何根据配合力选配强优势组合的问题.

Abstract:Through 6 by6 complete biserial by-bridization, analysis are conducted on the Supplied,their combining abilities of hybridized combination yield and yield factors. The results show that maximum GCA Can be obtained in grain numbers per ear and grain weight per plant of YuMai No. 10 ;in thousand-grain Weight of Shan Nong 7859;in ear numbers per plant of xiAn No. 8;Maximum SCA exist in grain numbers per plant of com-binations of Yu Mai No. 10 and Shan Nong 7859; in thousand-grain Wheat of combination of Ji Mai 5418 and Yan Shi No. 4. Meanwhile,by adopting the relative Volume of effe-ctiveness of CA, researches on the corre-latirns of yield and yield factors are also done. It can be clearly seen that the relative Volume of effectiveness of GCA and SCA for the 3 yield factors ha extremely significant Correlation With the relative Volume of effectiveness of GCA and SCA for yield. Based on this disscussion is also made on how to select strong ability combination.
