| 摘 要： | 对小麦碳代谢过程中相关酶进行了综述,重点分析了与淀粉合成相关的酶。蔗糖合成酶、磷酸蔗糖合成酶、ADPG焦磷酸化酶和淀粉合成酶都是淀粉合成的关键酶。 |

| Abstract: | The carbon metabolism in wheat is reviewed. The key enzymes of composition of wheat starch are emphatically analyzed. The results show that SS, SPS, ADPGPPase and SSS are key enzymes that affect the synthesis rate of starch. |
