玉米自交系若干性状遗传改良趋势的初步研究

摘    要:选择不同年代育成的11个玉米自交系为代表,对株型和产量组成两类共9个性状进行了遗传改良趋势的研究。结果表明:各性状的遗传方差均达极显著水平(α=0.01)。影响玉米自交系耐肥、抗倒伏性的穗位/株高性状以及决定玉米耐密植性的叶向值等性状的改良效果最显著,改良趋势最明显。而穗部性状的改良趋势只有穗粗比较明显。本文还对两类性状不同改良效果的原因进行了讨论。

Abstract:11 maize inbreeding lines used in different eras were selected to study the trend of genetic improvement about 8 characters of plant-type and yield components,The reslts suggested that.the variance of every character is high signifpant (a = 0. 01). Ration of ear location to plant height increased the capacity to adapt higher density and LOV affected the capacity to resist falling was improved significantly. In ear characters ear diameter was improved only. We suggesced that grain yield of inbreeding lines should be selected to rise in future.
