油松(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)花粉及其相关性状的数量遗传分析

摘    要:油松花粉在蔗糖浓度10% 硼酸0.002%的琼脂培养基中萌发率最高。各无性系间的花粉萌发率和花粉量的差异极显著,且重复力很高,分别为0.846和0.654;花粉量与冠幅、雄球花数间极显著相关。花粉萌发率与花粉长、花粉宽之间极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.785和0.721。

THE QUANTITY GENETIC ANALYSIS OF THE PINE (PINUS TABULAEFORIS CARR. ) POLLEN AND CORRELATICE TRAITS

Abstract:The highest rate of pollen germination of the pine (Pinus tablaeformis Carr. ) occurs in the media of 10% cane sugar and 0. 002% boric acid. There is a great difference between the rate of the pollen germination and the output of pollen among the different clones, and the clonal heritability is very high,0. 846 and 0. 654 respectively. There are the very close correlation among the output of pollen,the width of crown and the number of strobilus;the rate of germination and the length and width of pollen have the very close correlation with the correlation coefficents 0. 785 and 0. 721 respectively.
