谷子高度雄性不育系不育基因的遗传分析

摘    要:利用10个华北谷子品种与谷子高度雄性不育系高117A和高146A测交,根据F2代、BC1F1代分离群体的育性反应,对不育系的不育基因进行了遗传分析。根据结果,认为这2个不育系的不育性受1对隐性主效基因控制,同时受微效多基因的影响。

Abstract:Ten millet variaties from North China were crossed with highly male sterile line Gao117A and Gao146A.The sterile gene of highly male sterility line was analyzed based on the fertility reaction of F2 and BC1F1 segregating population.The results showed that the sterility of two male sterile line was controlled by a pair of major recessive genes and minor-polygene.
