双氰胺抑制剂对土壤硝态氮测定的影响

摘    要:氮肥施用是农业增产的有效途径,脱氮作用可使土壤中下渗的剩余氮素得到消散与净化。采用硝化抑制剂可消除针对土壤氮素转化运移研究中硝化、反硝化作用的交叉影响,而硝化抑制剂的应用,又可能对土壤硝态氮的测定产生影响。选择测定硝态氮的常用方法酚二磺酸分光光度法和紫外分光光度法,对比研究了应用硝化抑制剂双氰胺对硝态氮测定的干扰影响。结果表明:双氰胺明显对紫外分光光度法测定硝态氮产生干扰影响,对酚二磺酸法测定影响较小。

Abstract:The application of nitrogen fertilizer is an effective approach for increasing the production of agriculture.The residual nitrogen in soil could be dissipated and purified through the denitrification.The cross interaction of nitrification and denitrification in the research on NO3--N transformation and transportation in soil could be eliminated,and the determination of NO3--N in soil may be influenced by using nitrification inhibitor.NO3--N in soil is determined by phenol disulfonic acid spectrophotometry and UV spectrophotometry,and the effects of nitrification inhibitor of dicyandiamide on the determination of NO3--N in soil are studied.The results show that the dicyandiamide interferes the determine by UV spectrophotometry,while it has little influence on the determine by phenol disulfonic acid spectrophotometry.
