| 摘 要： | 采用薄层层析法提取新鲜蔬菜中的叶绿素，测定其吸收光谱。结果表明，薄层层析法是一种简单、高效、快速的提取蔬菜中叶绿素的微量分析方法。

| Abstract: | Chlorophyll in fresh vegetables were extracted by thin layer chromatography(TLC) method,and the absorption spectra was measured.The results showed that TLC was a easy,high effective and rapid microanalysis method in extracting the chlorophyll from vegetables. |
