摘    要:采用混凝气浮+水解酸化+CASS工艺,对四川省盐源县恒源果汁有限公司的生产废水进行了工程治理研究。工艺运行监测结果表明:采用混凝气浮+水解酸化+CASS工艺处理浓缩果汁废水效果好,出水水质稳定,CODCr和SS的平均去除率分别为98.4%和98.1%,出水可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。废水处理运行成本较低,仅为0.79元/m3。因此,该工艺具有处理效果好、耐冲击负荷、造价和运行成本低、操作管理方便等优点,在浓缩果汁废水处理中具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:The coagulation air flotation + hydrolysis acidification + CASS process was applied in wastewater treatment from apple juice in Sichuan Province. The results showed that the process was effecetive and stable. The average removal rate of COD and SS was 98.4% and 98. 1% , respectively. The treated discharge water coincided in the standard of GB8978-- 1996. The cost was 0. 79 yuan/m3. The coagulation air flotation - hydrolysis acidification - CASS process had many advantages such as good effect, low cost and simple operation.
