信息化推进西部农业特色资源开发

破解西部地区农村"富饶的贫困"的悖论应建立在特色农业资源的挖掘、培育和开发基础上。信息网络在信息传播、知识普及以及低成本经济交易等方面的优势与西部所具有的资源状况、人文环境具有内在契合的可能性和现实性。加强西部地区的信息化建设是西部农业开发的重要举措。当前,西部地区的信息化建设应立足于适合西部农村和农业开发的原则,积极动员各种社会力量推进信息化建设。

Promotion of Agricultural Characteristic Resources Exploitation by Informatization

Declassification of the "affluent poverty" in western rural China should be established on the basis of excavation,cultivation and development of characteristic agricultural resources.The advantages of information network,such as information transmission,knowledge popularization and low-cost economic transaction,had the feasibility and reality of inherent similarities with the resources status and humanistic environment of western China.It was an important measure for the agricultural development in western China to strengthen the informatization construction.At present,the informatization construction of western China should be stand on the principle of suitable for western rural China development.All social forces should be mobilized to promote informatization construction.
