随着农村改革的不断深入,“三农”问题进入了新的历史发展阶段,不仅关系着农村社会进步,社会主义新农村建设,而且关系到社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。改革开放以来,针对“三农”问题,党中央共出台了10个“1号文件”,对解决我国“三农”问题产生了积极而深远的影响。因此,以10个“1号文件”为主线,回顾改革开放以来党制定农村经济政策的发展过程,总结这段时期党制定和调整农村经济政策的经验。

Study on the Chinese Rural Economic Development in New Era Based on the Ten "No. 1 Document"

With the development of rural reform,' three dimensional rural issues' has entered a new stage of historical development.It was not only linked to social progress in rural areas and the construction of a new socialist countryside,but also related to the realization of the objectives of a harmonious socialist society.Taking the ten 'No.1 Document 'as a main line,the rural economic development process since the reform and opening up was recalled,and the experience that the party formulate and adjust the rural economic policy was summarized.
