摘    要:采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法研究了硼对辣椒枯萎病菌的抑制效果,并对其抑菌机理进行了初步探索。结果显示,能显著抑制该菌孢子萌发和芽管伸长的最小硼浓度为4mg/L。与对照相比。在4mg/L硼胁迫下。镰刀菌孢子细胞的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐下降,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(ASA)含量明显降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧阴离子(o2·^-)产生速率显著上升。研究结果初步表明,4mg/L硼处理破坏了细胞内活性氧产生与清除的动态平衡,膜脂过氧化作用加强,可能是抑制孢子萌发和芽管伸长的主要原因之一。

Abstract:The inhibition effect of boron against Fusarium oxysporum was studied using the growth rate method and spore germination method, and the mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of boron against spore germination and germ tube elongation of F. oxysporm was 4mg/L. Compared with the control, the activities of SOD and POD were decreased during the culture, the contents of GSH and ASA were also reduced, but MDA and the generating rate of (o2·^-): were increased rapidly in the spore cell treated with 4mg/L boron. 4mg/L boron broke the cellular dynamic balance of oxygen eliminating and generating and accelerated the membrane lipid peroxidation, which maybe the main reason of inhibiting the spore germination and germ tube elongation of F. oxysporum.
