| 摘 要： | 利用现代生物技术与常规技术相结合培育而成的转Bt基因抗虫棉"万丰201",具有海岛棉、野生棉和陆地棉遗传基础,突出表现抗棉铃虫、高产和抗病.2003～2004年河北省棉花品种区域试验,籽棉、皮棉和霜前皮棉分别比对照增产11.8%、18.6%和21.7%;纤维长度30.0 mm,整齐度84.3%,比强度30.3 cN/tex,伸长率7.0%,麦克隆值4.7,反射率75.8,黄度7.1,纺纱均匀指数146,短纤维指数7.4.2006年通过河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜冀中南棉区春播种植. |

| Abstract: | We developed a new cotton cultivar,which bear the Bt insect resistant gene,named Wanfeng 201.The new cultivar combined the genetic background from wild cotton species and characterized by its insect resistance,high yielding and disease resistance.The variety passed the registered test and was proved to be released by Hebei Agricultural Crop Variety Committee. |
