| 摘 要： | 推进现代植物保护体系建设，不仅需要与之配套的相关政策，更需要一支健全的植保队伍以及有效的植保手段。阐述了现代植物保护体系的指导思想；分析了新时期植保工作面临的难点和热点；从充分依托有关政策、严格植保植检执法、加强植保体制建设3个方面，提出了完善植保功能、推进现代植保体系建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Promoting the construction of modern plant protection system not only need the relevant policy , but also need a sound plant protection team and effective plant protection means.The guiding thought of modern plant protection system was elaborated, the difficult and hot plant protection work in the new period was analyzed, and the suggestions to perfect plant protection function and promote the construction of modern plant protection system was put forward from the aspects of fully relying on the relevant policies, strict enforcement of plant protection and strengthening the construction of plant protection system. |
