摘    要:进行适当的预处理是促进小麦小孢子胚胎发生的必要条件。在高温和饥饿胁迫的基础上,通过添加一定浓度的6-BA,研究了6-BA对小麦小孢子胚胎发生的影响。结果表明:添加6-BA可缩短高温处理时间,从而避免大量白化苗的产生,并使得胚状体的产量提高了1.1倍,绿苗产量提高了2.8倍。

Abstract:Appropriate pretreatments are necessary conditions on promoting microspore embryogenesis in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).The influence of 6-BA on wheat microspore embryogenesis was studied by adding certain concentration 6-BA under starvation and heat shock conditions.The result showed that the high temperature treatment time could be shorted,consequently avoid producing large numbers of albino seedlings,and increase the yield of embryo 1.1 times and that of green seedlings 2.8 times.
