果矮化砧木叶片解剖结构研究

摘    要:以10种苹果矮化砧木为试材,以栅海比(叶片栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度的比值)为指标,对苹果矮化砧木的叶片解剖结构进行观察。结果表明:供试砧木的叶片栅海比为1.10~1.53,其中,辽砧2号栅海比最高,SH38次之,随后依次为SH3、GM256、8-11、Mark、SH18、GM310、77-34和SH6。虽然叶片栅海比是衡量苹果砧木矮化程度的重要指标,但要完全确定供试砧木矮化程度的高低,还需要有砧木田间生长量比较试验的验证。

Abstract:The leaf anatomical structure of ten dwarf apple rootstocks was studied.The results showed that the palisade/spongy of tested leaf was 1.10-1.53,and the order of palisade/spongy was Liaozhen No.2,SH3,GM256,8-11,Mark,SH18,GM310,77-34 and SH6.Alough the palisade/spongy was an important index for the dwarf degree of apple rootstocks,the comparison experiment in field was neeeded to completely determine the dwarf degree.
