摘    要:小麦根腐病是严重为害小麦产量的世界性病害之一,在我国东北、西北和华北等麦区广泛分布。小麦根腐菌是多种病原菌复合侵染导致的病害,病菌可寄生也可腐生,适应能力极强。将外源抗病基因转入小麦品种,提高小麦抗性成为提高小麦抗病性的1个重要研究方向。主要从β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因和PGIP这2个方面,介绍了抗小麦根腐病的研究进展。

Abstract:The wheat root rot was one of serious worldwide diseases,which widely distributed in Northeast,Northwest and North wheat production areas in China.It was caused by complex infection of many kinds of parasitic and saprophytic fungi with strong adaptability.Transforming exogenous resistance genes into wheat varieties to improve the resistance of wheat had become an important research direction.The research progress of resistance to wheat root using β-13-glucanase gene and PGIP was reviewed.
