棉花喷水杀雄技术研究初报

以柱头长度不同的两个品种作母本进行了喷水杀雄技术研究,并与人工去雄的时效、种子纯度等进行了比较。结果表明:以柱头相对较长(柱头伸出花药0.3cm以上)的品种作母本,人工喷水(粗雾)杀雄制种,杀雄彻底,杂种率可达99.9％以上,收获率与人工去雄授粉法相当,高达90％;操作简便、速度快,省工省时,可比人工去雄授粉节省50％的人工投入,显著降低制种成本。

The Preliminary Research Report on Sterilizing Stamens with Spraying Water on Cotton

: The research of spraying water to sterilize stamens in two varieties which have different stigma length has been done in January 2003 in Hainan . The pollination methods and hybrid production are compared. The result shows : longer stigma female parent varieties (stigma is 0. 3cm longer ) with spraying water to kill stamens can produce pure and more hybrid ( 99. 9%), the percentage of harvest is as same as the artificial pollination, reach to 90%; The method is simple and efficiency and can save labour 50% compared with artificial pollination . It is a new efficient method in cotton hybrid production and can be widely used.
