| 摘 要： | 地籍数据库是地籍管理信息系统的核心,是国土资源管理的基础。为保证地籍数据库建设的准确性和高质量,提出了在地籍数据库建设的过程中引入监理机制,分析了业主单位、建库单位和监理单位的关系,对地籍数据库建设监理内容进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Cadastral database is the core of cadastral management information system and the base of land and resources management.To ensuring the accuracy and high quality of cadastral database construction,introducing supervision mechanism to the cadastral database construction are put forward,and the relationships among employer,construction organizer and supervision unit are analyzed.The supervision content is studied. |
