黄顶菊种子萌发特性研究

摘    要:从光照、温度、土壤含水量和空气相对湿度等方面,研究了其对黄顶菊种子萌发的影响。结果表明:光照促进黄顶菊种子萌发;适于黄顶菊种子萌发的温度为25~40℃;土壤含水量在30%~90%时,有利于黄顶菊种子萌发;空气相对湿度对黄顶菊种子萌发影响较小。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted in order to determine the effect of environment on the germination of the Flaveria bidentis ( L. ) Kuntze. The results showed that lighting could promote germination. The most suitable temperature for germination was 25 to 40 ℃, with germination rate up to 74.2% to 99.2%. The F. bidentis seed had wide adaptability to the soil moisture from 10% to 90%. Relative humidity had less affect on the germination of the F. bidentis.
