| 摘 要： | 综述了开展胚抢救的背景、目的以及胚抢救技术的发展、培养需求和应用领域,提出胚抢救作为一种育种手段不仅可以拓宽杂交范围,还可抢救即将败育的胚,缩短育种周期,具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the historical background, the purpose and the devoplment of embryo rescue, culture requiement and its application field. It was pointed out that the embryo rescue, as a breeding method, is effective not only for expanding cross range, but also for developing plants from weak embryos and shortening the breeding cycle. |
